[Nos is getting settled in. This is not as weird and hard to grasp as Ryslig was; he has some things back. He's lost so much more. Is this what he's resigned to, spending the rest of... however long his flesh body holds out, being changed and thrown around from dimension to dimension?]

[It's yet to be seen if this new annoying godlike being is worse or better than the Fog. He could escape off into space, but this squishy body and unfamiliar universe have him playing safe for the moment.]

[A familiar face nearly startles him into a heart attack, staring down the hallway at one scientist who owed him a robotic body and who knew far more about him than anyone here had any right to.]

[His first impulse is anger and he shouts as if this is very much Deon's fault.]

"Before." He glances back over his shoulder, almost like it would somehow be just down the hall. "But the fourth had given me some of it back. I have some of my control over machines returned. Not enough, but... some."

"I still have what he gave me, too. Not just the ears." He can still talk to machines, and they'll still talk to him.

"Maybe you can exert a little control over the machines here," he muses idly.

ITS OKAY I did not even notice

"Good for you, and you've still got all that... fur." He shrugs. "I can do what I can. Build myself a ship out of here, perhaps."

"I can still talk to them. It's strange, but they sound different than the ones in..." He still doesn't want to name Ryslig. "Maybe because they're more advanced."

"They certainly are. At least it feels more at home here." He instinctively pats a wall, knowing there are wires and information coursing through them. "This I can work with."
