Q said we had a week before the outsiders are able to get communications thought the weird field around the station. What did he call them? Chroniton particles?

Has anyone found much about these "interested parties"?

I know that one of them, the Cardassians used to run this station, they sound unpleasant, but there's a lot to dig through and I haven't cracked the password on the Commander's Logs yet. I'm sure those will tell us a lot more.

No, I haven't, but I can help if you need it. (She looks a bit thoughtful.) Perhaps we should check the old commander's quarters. People generally seem to write things down.

(She had been, she thinks - the longer she's been here, the less certain she is about what she knows and doesn't know. But, she had been obsessed with the internet in her younger days and had wandered in and out of things until she has forced to settle down by the events of her life. Her expression then changes, with a slight eyebrow raise and a slight twinkle in her eye.)

(It's been a long time and the computers on this ship are different. More advanced. But she thinks that she might have a shot. She had been sifting through what she could in the network, she wasn't sure if that's what it could be called, so she wasn't entirely uncomfortable with the setup of the place.)
